摘 要:汽车的法兰盘作为重要的连接部分,需要承受很大的载荷,其连接强度对整个汽车的运转具有决定性的影响。所以,对于它的检测需要遵循科学合理的准则。本文通过使用SolidWorks工具创建了汽车法兰盘检测装置的三维模型,并提取出其中一类法兰盘与通规头的模型保存为.x_t格式的文件,将其输入到Ansys软件里进行网格划定,得到离散化的有限元分析模型。借助Workbench平台对通规头与法兰盘进行了有限元模拟,从而获取到了法兰盘内部与通规头的形变及应力分布图像,并对它们应力反应是否符合工厂的加工的标准进行了评估。As an important connection part,the flange of the automobile needs to bear a large load,and its connection strength has a decisive impact on the operation of the whole car.Therefore,it is necessary to follow scientific and reasonable guidelines for its detection.In this paper,we created a 3D model of the automobile flange inspection device by using SolidWorks tools,extracted the model of one of the types of flanges and gauge heads,saved them as.x_t format files,and imported them into Ansys software for meshing,and obtained a discrete finite element analysis model.With the help of the Workbench platform,the finite element simulation of the gauge head and the flange was carried out,so as to obtain the deformation and stress distribution images of the flange inside and the gauge head,and evaluate whether their stress response met the processing standards of the factory.
