摘  要:面对出现频率越来越高的复杂地层和5000米以上的超深井作业环境,研制搭载大功率压裂设备的压裂车已成为重要发展趋势。本文运用结构优化软件Hyper Works的Optistruct模块,基于SIMP变密度法对压裂车副车架进行拓扑优化设计。在单工况单目标的拓扑优化结果下,建立基于折衷规划法的多目标多工况拓扑优化数学模型,得到压裂车副车架在多种静态工况的柔度最小化以及低阶动态最大化进行加权之后的拓扑优化结果,再根据材料分布云图重构压裂车副车架模型。成果可用于改进压裂车副车架结构以提高其承载能力,缩短研发时间、降低成本。In the face of the increasingly frequent complex formation and ultra-deep well operating environment of more than 5000 meters,the development of fracturing trucks equipped with high-power fracturing equipment has become an important development trend.In this paper,Optistruct module of Hyper Works is used to optimize the topology of fracturing truck subframe based on SIMP variable density method.Under the topology optimization results of single working condition and single objective,a multi-objective multi-working condition topology optimization mathematical model based on compromise programming method was established to obtain the topology optimization results after the flexibility minimization and low-order dynamic maximization of fracturing truck subframe under various static working conditions,and then the fracturing truck subframe model was reconstructed according to the material distribution cloud map.The results can be used to improve the subframe structure of fracturing truck to increase its bearing capacity,shorten the development time and reduce the cost.
