摘 要:随着全球汽车产业发展的步伐,新能源汽车已成为汽车产业升级换代的主要发展方向,世界各国正在竞相淘汰汽油和柴油车,并逐渐推出了禁售燃油车时间表。基于目前全球汽车市场的基本结构,新能源汽车的发展已经成为趋势,未来出行交通工具必定是纯电动汽车。本文通过对电池能耗核算、电机电控、取力方式、底盘结构要求以及安全性介绍,将新能源飞机管线加油车底盘设计方案进行了详细的阐述,从而解决飞机管线加油车实际作业、行驶、安全性的保证等问题。With the development of the global automotive industry,new energy vehicles have become the main direction for upgrading the automotive industry.Countries around the world are competing to phase out gasoline and diesel vehicles and gradually introducing timelines for banning fuel vehicles.Based on the current structure of the global automotive market,the development of new energy vehicles has become a trend,and pure electric vehicles will undoubtedly be the future means of transportation.This article provides a detailed description of the design scheme for the chassis of a new energy aircraft pipeline refueling vehicle,including battery energy consumption calculation,motor control,power take-off method,chassis structure requirements,and safety considerations.It aims to address practical operation,driving,and safety assurance of aircraft pipeline refueling vehicles.
