摘  要:高校教师职业道德是教师队伍素质的核心要素,关乎高等教育事业的健康发展,新时代高校党建工作引领教师职业道德建设是发展新趋势,也是推动教师职业道德建设的有效途径。本文采用Nvivo11进行文本分析,发现高校教师职业道德建设存在建设主体意识淡薄、建设机制不健全、建设氛围不浓厚三个问题,提出“突出党建引领,激发教师主体意识”“坚持党委领导,完善相关制度建设”“强化环境构建,营造良好师德氛围”三个优化建议,以有效提高高校教师政治思想素质和职业道德水平。The professional ethics of university teachers are the core element of the quality of the teaching staff,which is related to the healthy development of higher education.In the new era,guiding the construction of professional ethics for teachers through party building work in universities is a new trend and an effective way to promote the construction of professional ethics for teachers.This article uses Nvivo11 for text analysis,and finds that there are three problems in the construction of professional ethics for university teachers:weak awareness of the construction subject,incomplete construction mechanism,and weak construction atmosphere.It proposes three optimization suggestions:highlighting the leadership of party building,stimulating teachers'awareness of the main body;adhering to party committee leadership,improving relevant system construction;strengthening environmental construction,and creating a good teacher ethics atmosphere,in order to effectively improve political and ideological quality and professional ethics level of university teachers.
