摘　　要：肝脏缺血再灌注损伤是肝切除和肝移植过程中常见的并发症,但其发生机制尚未明确,且缺乏有效的防治手段。铁死亡是一种新型的细胞死亡方式,涉及到铁依赖性脂质过氧化以及抗氧化系统的失衡,最终引起细胞死亡。铁死亡与肝缺血再灌注损伤在机制特点上似乎有着共通之处,针对其相关性进一步研究可能为肝缺血再灌注损伤的预防和治疗提供策略。本文主要就铁死亡与肝缺血再灌注损伤的关联进行综述。Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury is a common complication during hepatic resection and liver transplantation,but the mechanism of its occurrence has not been clarified.Moreover,the effective means of prevention and treatment are lacking.Ferroptosis is a new type of cell death proposed involving in iron-dependent lipid peroxidation and imbalance of the antioxidant system,resulting in cell death.Ferroptosis and hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury seem to share common mechanistic features,and further studies on their correlation may provide new strategies for the prevention and treatment of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.In this article,we review the association between ferroptosis and hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.
