摘　　要：近年来,随着综合线上购物平台的完善与发展,社区居民购物配送上门的需求日趋增加。目前,社区配送服务及配套设施只能满足配送聚集点为目的地的“服务终点”,忽视解决“最后一公里”的配送问题。文章首先阐释社区配送整体现状,然后以深圳市碧岭华庭社区为例,针对社区配送模式、提高配送效率、满足社区居民“配送上门”需求等问题,展开多功能配送遥控车的设计研究。In recent years,with the improvement and development of comprehensive online shopping platform,community residents'demand for goods delivery to their doorstep is increasing.At present,community delivery services and supporting facilities can only meet the"service endpoint"with delivery gathering point as the destination,neglecting to solve the"last mile"delivery problem.This paper first explains the overall status of community delivery,and then takes Biling Huating community in Shenzhen as an example to carry out design research on multi-functional delivery remote control vehicle aiming at problems such as community delivery mode,improving delivery efficiency,and meeting the needs of delivery to the door of community residents.
