摘　　要：疟疾是一种危害严重的全球性传染疾病,曾在我国严重肆虐。近年来全球疟疾防控形势停滞不前,我国也面临巨大输入性疟疾威胁,亟需有效的疟疾疫苗作为现有防控措施之外的新增手段。相对于红内期疫苗和传播阻断疫苗,以预防感染为主要目标的红前期疫苗一直受到更多的关注,并在近年取得一系列进展。目前仅有的2款获WHO推荐使用的疟疾疫苗均为红前期疫苗。本文简要综述红前期疟疾疫苗研发现状和趋势,以期为后续疟疾疫苗研发与应用提供参考。Malaria is a significant global infectious disease that once wreaked havoc in China as well.In recent years,theglobal malaria control situation has stagnated,and China is also facing a huge threat of imported malaria.So,effective malariavaccines are urgently needed as a supplementary strategy to the existing prevention and control measures.Compared tovaccines targeting the erythrocytic stage and those designed to block transmission,vaccines aimed at preventing infectionduring the pre-erythrocytic stage have attracted more attention and have made a series of progress in recent years.At present,the only two malaria vaccines recommended by the World Health Organization(WHO)are pre-erythrocytic vaccines.In thispaper,the current situation and trend of pre-erythrocytic malaria vaccine research and development are reviewed,intending toprovide a reference for the research,development,and application of malaria vaccines in the future.
