摘 要:选取了一台满足国六排放标准的6.234L柴油机,搭建了车辆模型,并在发动机台架上完成了-10℃、25℃和40℃环境温度条件的实际道路测试,通过对比分析了环境温度对实际道路驾驶油耗和排放的影响。结果表明:环境温度升高,循环油耗增加,冷、热起动循环油耗差异减小;随着环境温度升高,NO_(x)和THC排放降低,CO_(2)排放增加,冷起动PN规律不明显,CO排放降低。热起动PN排放增加,CO排放基本一致;冷起动循环会增加油耗和CO、CO_(2)、NO_(x)和THC排放。A vehicle model with a 6.234L diesel engine meeting the China VI emission standards was selected,and real-road tests were conducted under ambient temperatures of-10℃,25℃,and 40℃on an engine dynamometer.The impact of ambient temperature on fuel consumption and emissions during actual road driving was analyzed and compared.The results show that as the ambient temperature increases,cyclic fuel consumption increases and the difference in cyclic fuel consumption between cold and hot start decreases.With higher ambient temperature,NO_(x)and THC emissions decrease,CO_(2)emissions increase,and the patterns of PN emissions in cold starting cycle is not obvious,while CO emissions decrease.PN emissions during hot start cycle increase and CO emissions remain relatively consistent.Cold start results in increased fuel consumption,as well as increased CO,CO_(2),NO_(x),and THC emissions.
