摘 要:本文根据大型轴/齿圈类钢制件外形特点,对不同尺寸和形状的轴类和齿圈类零件的喷丸工艺进行研究,首先根据所研究的零件类型,确定了运用测定抛喷丸强度,覆盖率等参数来间接特性来表现内应力及疲劳使用寿命的强化指标,通过控制弹丸类型、喷枪口径、喷射压力、喷射距离、弹丸流量、强化时间、喷枪移动速度、工件旋转速度等强化参数对上述零件进行喷丸强化,对实验数据与理论数据进行对比后,优化测试参数,经实际生产检验,此工艺方法完全满足工件的强化要求。This article studies the shot peening process of shaft and gear ring parts of different sizes and shapes based on the appearance characteristics of large shaft/gear ring steel parts.Firstly,based on the type of parts studied,the strengthening indicators for internal stress and fatigue service life are determined by indirectly measuring parameters such as shot peening strength and coverage.By controlling the type of shot,gun diameter,spray pressure,spray distance,and flow rate of shot The strengthening parameters such as strengthening time,gun movement speed,and workpiece rotation speed were used for shot peening strengthening of the above-mentioned parts.After comparing experimental data with theoretical data,the testing parameters were optimized.After actual production inspection,this process method fully meets the strengthening requirements of the workpiece.
