摘 要:受电弓作为地铁列车供电系统的重要组成部分,通过接触网取电给地铁列车主牵引和高压设备供电。本文通过介绍受电弓升降弓的工作原理,对受电弓在线路开线阶段出现的轴杆弯曲、碳滑板裂纹、燃弧故障进行分析和评估,经过现场普查并结合弓网监测数据分析判断,分析认为其主要原因为过大的硬点冲击导致碳滑板磕缺、断裂,从而导致弓网关系恶化。经过分析提出了弓网匹配改进建议,解决了该类型故障,降低了受电弓在运行过程中发生故障的概率,改善列车运营的安全性能。As an important component of the subway train power supply system,the pantograph takes electricity from the contact network to supply power to the main traction and high-voltage equipment of the subway train.This article introduces the working principle of the pantograph lifting and lowering system,analyzes and judges the bending of the shaft,cracking of the carbon sliding plate,and arcing faults that occur during the line opening stage of the pantograph.After on-site investigation and analysis of the monitoring data of the pantograph,it is believed that the main cause is the excessive hard point impact,which leads to the missing and broken carbon sliding plate,thereby deteriorating the relationship between the pantograph and the catenary.After analysis,suggestions for improving the matching of pantographs and overhead lines were proposed,which solved this type of fault,reduced the probability of pantograph failure during operation,and improved the safety performance of train operation.
