基于GIS的智慧房产信息动态管理研究

摘　　要：在智慧城市建设的大背景下,智慧房产作为智慧城市建设的重要部分,存在系统各自建设、业务审批效率低、数据难以共享等问题。因此,为实现统一的信息化平台对房产数据整合、挖掘以及房产业务协同处理,提出了搭建智慧房产一体化信息平台的建设方案。本文利用GIS、“互联网+”、“大数据分析”和智能业务流程管理(BPM)等技术,探讨了房产全生命周期管理流程,阐述了平台建设框架、数据库、关键技术和功能实现等内容,为其他城市开展智慧房产信息化建设提供借鉴作用。In the context of smart city construction,smart real estate,as an important part of smart city construction,still has problems such as independant system construction,low efficiency of business approval and difficult data sharing.Therefore,in order to realize the integration and mining of real estate data and the collaborative processing of real estate business on a unified information platform,the construction scheme of building an intelligent real estate integrated information platform is proposed.In this paper,GIS,"Internet+","big data analysis"and BPM are used to discuss the whole life cycle management process of real estate,and the platform con-struction framework,database,key technologies and function realization are described,providing reference for other cities to carry out the informatization construction of smart real estate.
