城市居民对高架桥下空间功能使用满意度特征与优化路径分析——以苏州东环路(葑门路至官渎里段)高架桥为例

摘　　要：随着城市桥下空间规模与体量的逐年增加,以及存量开发、城市双修等政策的提出,对城市桥下空间这一剩余灰色空间的关注在学术界被触发[1]。在城市建设中,习总书记“人民城市人民建,人民城市为人民”的思想理念倡导坚持以人为本,进行城市空间改造。据此,文章以居民实际需求为导向,通过收集问卷的调查方式,考察了苏州东环高架桥下空间的居民使用情况,并从居民满意度、空间功能与居民需求匹配度和希望桥下空间产生的功能等方面,发现居民的实际需求与意愿,同时为目标进行更新规划设计,以期提升高架桥下空间的使用率,激发城市空间活力。With the increase of the scale and volume of the space under the urban bridge year by year,the proposal of policies such as stock development and urban dual cultivation has triggered the attention of the academic community to the remaining gray space of the space under the urban bridge.In urban construction,the general secretary's ideological concept of"people's city built by the people,people's city for the people"advocates adhering to the people-oriented principle and carrying out urban space transformation.Accordingly,this paper is guided by the actual needs of residents,through the survey method of collecting questionnaires,to investigate the use of the space under the East Ring Viaduct in Suzhou,and to find out the actual needs and wishes of residents from the aspects of residents'satisfaction,matching space function with residents'needs,and hoping for the function of the space under the bridge,and to update the planning and design for the goal,in order to improve the utilization rate of the space under the viaduct and stimulate the vitality of urban space.
