广州流动商贩临时疏导区空间特征及设计研究

摘　　要：国家提出“放开地摊经济”以恢复疫情后的消费活力,广州市响应号召,调整了流动商贩临时疏导区的管理办法,并将疏导区数量缩减至60个。调整后的疏导区仍存在选址不当、与上位规划不匹配、与流动商贩特性矛盾等问题。文章以广州4类流动商贩临时疏导区商贩空间为研究对象,运用文献调研、实地调研和访谈等方法,对疏导区的空间特征进行了调查和分析。针对存在的问题,文章从流动商贩经济活动特征和时间空间特性等方面提出了选址和空间设计建议。In response to the government call for"liberalizing the stall economy"to revive the consumption vitality after the COVID-19,Guangzhou adjusted the management measures of permitted vending places and reduced the number to 60.However,the location of permitted vending places still has problems such as being inappropriate,incompatible with the higher-level planning and contradictory to the characteristics of itinerant traders.Paper takes four types of permitted vending places in Guangzhou as the research objects,and uses methods such as literature research,field research and interviews to investigate and analyze the spatial characteristics of the diversion zones.Based on the existing problems,this paper proposes site selection and spatial design suggestions from the perspectives of the economic activity characteristics and time-space characteristics of itinerant traders.
