基于语义解析法的杭州石库门里弄空间环境评价与优化更新研究——以思鑫坊为例

摘　　要：文章梳理了杭州石库门里弄街区的发展与保护概况,选取思鑫坊历史文化街区为研究对象,在历史沿革与保存现状的基础上,从心理学的视角关注该街区活动人群的行为特征和心理认知体验,通过构建表征建筑语义的心理评定因子系统,组织心理实验,以实地问卷记录游客与居民的行为特征及其对应的街区心理认知,并进行量化分析;随后归纳石库门街巷空间体验的主要影响因素:环境空间、历史文化和场所配套,并从文脉肌理与界面渗透、优化节点与立面、引导并开放商业和增强街道容纳人流的能力四个方面提出相应的优化建议。Based on the general situation of the development and protection of Shikumen Lane Block in Hangzhou,this paper selected Sixinfang Historical and Cultural Block,and focused on the behavior characteristics and psychological cognitive experience of the active people in this block from the perspective of psychology on the basis of its historical evolution and preservation status.By constructing a psychological evaluation system representing the architectural semantics,this paper organized psychological experiments.Field questionnaire was used to record the behavioral characteristics of tourists and residents and their corresponding psychological cognition of the block,and quantitative analysis was carried out,and then the main influencing factors of Shikumen Street Space experience were summarized as follows:environmental space,history and culture and place supporting.Lastly,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions from four aspects:contextual texture and interface penetration,optimizing nodes and facades,guiding and opening commerce,and enhancing the street's capacity to accommodate people.
