摘　　要：南关岭站住宅建筑街区是中东铁路线性遗产的重要组成部分,其中所承载的历史文化记忆为大连市的更新工作提供了重要的文化基础。文章运用数字化遗产保护与AI设计的方法,对南关岭站住宅建筑街区进行精准定位与分析,从规划、保护、设计、品牌四个方面寻求突破,再现历史记忆,探索出适合南关岭站住宅街区的活化利用之路。The residential building block of Nanguanling Station is an important part of the linear heritage of the Middle East Railway,and the historical and cultural memory it carries provides an important cultural basis for the renewal of Dalian.This paper uses digital heritage protection and AI design methods to accurately position and analyze the residential building blocks of Nanguanling Station,seeking breakthroughs from four aspects of planning,protection,design and brand,representing historical memory,and exploring the road suitable for the activated utilization of residential blocks of Nanguanling Station.
