幸福河湖视角下的滨水景观规划研究——以淮安全域水工旅游规划为例

摘　　要：全域旅游作为国家战略,要求与文化融合发展。针对淮安丰富的水工资源,找准全域水工旅游这一选题,并结合幸福河湖视角对其进行全域水工旅游规划。文章通过研究滨水景观规划发展现状和统计淮安全域水工资源,总结实践中的4个现存问题。依据淮安水工旅游定位和目标,提出以整合、优化、彰显、实施4个维度为逻辑的解决路径。借由幸福河湖、百里画廊、水利风景区、水工遗产等载体,做到全域范围的修复、保障、串联、提升、体验,促进淮安全域旅游发展与经济转型,将其打造成水工全域旅游标杆。As a national strategy,holistic tourism requires integrating cultural development.Aiming at Huai'an's rich hydro-industrial resources,the topic of holistic hydro-industrial tourism is identified,binding the perspective of happy river and lake to accomplish the planning of its holistic hydroindustrial tourism.The article summarizes four existing problems in practice by researching the present of waterfront landscape planning and sorting out Huai'an holistic hydro-industrial resources.Based on the positioning and objectives of Huai'an's hydro-industrial tourism,it proposes a path logically based on the four dimensions of integration,optimization,manifestation and implementation.By means of the carriers such as Happy River and Lake,Hundred Mile Gallery,Water Conservancy Scenic Area,Hydraulic Heritage,etc.,achieving restoration,guarantee,cascade,enhancement and experience holistically to promote the development of Huai'an holistic tourism and economic transformation,setting up a benchmark for holistic hydro-industrial tourism.
