摘　　要：文章论述了智慧工地搭建的必要性,通过项目征集、监管、移动子平台为平台建设正常运行提供保障,智慧平台的设计构成主要包括,虚拟现实(VR)、视频接入、环境监测降尘联动、人脸识别门禁管理、人员定位监测、作业环境管理、应急调度指挥、塔吊机械安全监控、深基坑、高支模监测预警、升降机安全监控系统等,使得建筑项目管理中加以智慧场景应用与业务流程的融合,提升建设工程质量安全管理的全过程数字化和智能化水平。This paper discusses the necessity of building a smart construction site,and provides guarantee for the normal operation of the platform construction through the project collection,supervision and mobile sub platform.The design composition of the smart platform mainly includes virtual reality(VR),video access,environmental monitoring and dust suppression linkage,face recognition access control management,personnel positioning monitoring,operation environment management,emergency dispatching and command,tower crane machinery safety monitoring,deep foundation pit,high formwork monitoring and early warning,elevator safety monitoring system,etc.,so that the integration of smart scene application and business process can be implemented in the construction project management,and the digital and intelligent level of the whole process of construction project quality and safety management can be improved.
