摘 要:随着经济的不断发展,城市更新项目越来越多,由于历史原因,城市中存在大量的底层框架砖砌体结构房屋,多建于20世纪七十年代到九十年代,由于底层为框架结构,刚度薄弱,整体抗震性能较差,在历次震害中破坏也比较严重。文章基于某实际工程的安全性检测鉴定和抗震鉴定结论,对该房屋的后期改造提出相关处理建议,为后期类似工程的改造更新提供参考依据。With the continuous development of economy,there are more and more urban renewal projects.Due to historical reasons,there are a large number of masonry buildings with frame in first story in cities,mostly built in the 1970s to the 1990s.Due to the fact that the bottom layer is a frame structure with weak stiffness,the overall seismic performance is poor,and the damage has been relatively serious in the previous earthquake.Based on the conclusion of safety appraisal and seismic appraisal of a practical project,this paper puts forward relevant treatment suggestions for the later reconstruction of the house,hoping to provide reference for the reconstruction and renovation of similar projects in the future.
