摘  要:CeO_(2)颗粒由于具有优异的性能,市场对CeO_(2)颗粒的需求逐年增加。为探究使用在氧化铁颗粒工业化生产的Ruthner型喷淋焙烧反应器生产CeO_(2)颗粒的可能性,结合单液滴失重试验,使用ANSYS Fluent软件,分别探究550、650、750和850℃四种不同加热温度对反应器的影响。单液滴失重试验表明,氯化铈和氯化铁、氯化亚铁的热解过程基本一致,使用该型反应器制备CeO_(2)颗粒理论上可行。对小型工业反应器进行等比例建模,研究反应器内部化学反应的具体过程。结果表明,550℃是最合适的温度,对工业生产具有一定指导意义。Due to the excellent performance of CeO_(2) particles,the market demand for CeO_(2) particles is increasing year by year.In order to explore the possibility of using the Ruthner type spray roasting reactor for industrial production of iron oxide particles to produce CeO_(2) particles,combined with the single drop weight loss experiment,ANSYS Fluent software was used to explore the effects of four different heating temperatures on the reactor at 550,650,750 and 850℃,respectively.The experiment of single drop weight loss shows that the pyrolysis process of cerium chloride is basically the same as that of ferric chloride and ferrous chloride,and it is theoretically feasible to prepare CeO_(2) particles with this type of reactor.The specific process of chemical reaction inside a small industrial reactor was studied by modeling it at equal scale.The results show that 550℃is the most suitable temperature,which has certain guiding significance for industrial production.
