摘  要:以伯胺和烯胺为原料,采用复合法制备高效复合型CO_(2)捕集剂,通过FT-IR、离子分析初步判断捕集剂与CO_(2)反应前后药剂变化。并通过优化工艺参数,明确最佳捕集剂浓度、反应温度、组分配比、烟气浓度。最佳工艺条件为:高效复合型捕集剂浓度30%、进气浓度20%、反应温度30℃,此时捕集效率达到99%以上,有效捕集时间达到300 min,高温再生后可实现捕集剂循环使用。An efficient CO_(2) composite collector was prepared by composite method using primary amine and enamine as raw materials,the changes of the reagent before and after the reaction of the collector with CO_(2) were preliminatively determined by FT-IR and ionic analysis.The optimum concentration,reaction temperature,composition ratio and flue gas concentration were determined by optimizing the process parameters.The capture efficiency is above 99%and the effective capture time is 300 min under the optimum conditions including the concentration of efficient composite collector of 30%,the intake concentration of 20%,and the reaction temperature of 30℃.The collector can be recycled after high temperature desorption.
