摘 要:为测试并评价环丙氟虫胺对黄曲条跳甲的室内活性及田间防效,以溴虫氟苯双酰胺和哒螨灵作对照药剂,室内活性采用浸叶法,田间防效采用小区喷雾试验法。试验结果表明,环丙氟虫胺对黄曲条跳甲的室内活性最高,LC50值为0.58 mg/L,优于溴虫氟苯双酰胺(1.48 mg/L)和哒螨灵(258.02 mg/L);在2021—2023年的3年9地田间试验中,10%环丙氟虫胺可分散液剂15~30 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下,药后7 d对黄曲条跳甲的平均防效为87.62%~93.54%,与100 g/L溴虫氟苯双酰胺SC在22.5 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下的防效88.15%相当,显著优于15%哒螨灵EC在225 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下的防效53.36%。因此,10%环丙氟虫胺可分散液剂可作为防治黄曲条跳甲的有效药剂,推荐剂量为15~22.5 g a.i./hm^(2),在黄曲条跳甲发生初期均匀喷雾防治,且对作物安全。In order to test and evaluate the bioactivity and field efficacy of cyproflanilide against Phyllotreta striolata,the bioactivity was tested by leaf-dipping technique,and efficacy was tested by plot test method,all compared with broflanilide and pyridaben.Bioassay results showed that cyproflanilide had the highest bioactivity with the LC50 value 0.58 mg/L,which was superior than broflanilide(1.48 mg/L)and pyridaben(258.02 mg/L).Field results in 9 fields from 2021 to 2023 showed that the average control efficacy of cyproflanilide 10%DC(at a dosage of 15-30 g a.i./ha)against P.striolata was 89.18%-95.37%after 7 days application,which was equivalent to the control efficacy(88.15%)of broflanilide 100 g/L SC at a dose of 22.5 g a.i./ha,and significantly better than the control efficacy(53.36%)of pyridaben 15%EC at a dosage of 225 g a.i./ha.Cyproflanilide 10%DC can be used as an effective insecticide to control P.striolata,and has a good application prospect.The recommended method is as follow:the insecticide should be sprayed at early occurrence stage of the insects with the dosage of 15-22.5 g a.i./ha.
