摘  要:为了实现产品生产与质量控制,建立了同时测定36%氟噻草胺·异丙隆悬浮剂中氟噻草胺、异丙隆的高效液相色谱分析法。该方法采用以甲醇和水为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,使用C18为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在230nm检测波长下对试样中的氟噻草胺和异丙隆进行高效液相色谱分离和外标法定量。结果显示,氟噻草胺为0.0596~0.1218mg/mL、异丙隆为0.299~0.604mg/mL时,线性相关系数分别为0.9994和0.9991,标准偏差为0.04和0.12,变异系数分别为0.67%和0.40%,平均回收率为100.03%和100.15%,该方法具有简便、快速、准确度高等特点,可以满足氟噻草胺和异丙隆的定性和定量分析。A HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of flufenacet and isoproturon in the formulation product of flufenacet·isoproturon 36%SC.The sample was extracted by methanol,then separated and analyzed quantitatively on C18 column and DAD detector at 230 nm,using methanol and water as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC.The results showed,in the range of 0.0596-0.1218 mg/mL,0.299-0.604 mg/mL,the linear correlation coefficients of flufenacet and isoproturon were 0.9994 and 0.9991,the standard deviations were 0.04 and 0.12,the variation coefficients were 0.67%and 0.40%,the average rates were 100.03%and 100.15%,respectively.The method is simple,quick,accurate,and suitable for the analysis flufenacet and isoproturon in the mix formulation products.
