摘 要:文章旨在研究日粮添加蛋氨酸硒对种公猪繁殖性能的影响。试验将40头(130±5.13)kg的健康状况良好、配种次数、年龄基本一致、正在使用的杜洛克种公猪随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头种公猪。对照组在基础日粮中添加0.15 mg/kg的亚硒酸钠,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ分别在基础日粮中添加0.15、0.25、0.35和0.45 mg/kg的蛋氨酸硒,预饲期7 d,正试期60 d。试验结果表明,(1)在种公猪初始体重和睾丸初始体积指数无显著差异的前提下,与对照组相比,日粮中添加蛋氨酸硒对种公猪的生长性能指标(试验末重、ADG、ADFI、F/G和睾丸末体积指数)无显著影响(P> 0.05);(2)与对照组相比,日粮中添加蛋氨酸硒对种公猪射精开始时间无显著影响(P> 0.05),但显著提高了种公猪的射精持续时间、精液量、精子密度和精子活率(P <0.05),且显著降低了精子畸形率(P <0.05),尤以日粮中添加0.25 mg/kg的蛋氨酸硒组的精子活率最高,精子畸形率最低,除此之外,日粮中添加0.25、0.35和0.45 mg/kg蛋氨酸硒的精子活力显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P <0.05);(3)日粮中添加蛋氨酸硒显著提高了种公猪精子中SOD、GSH-Px活性、T-AOC含量(P <0.05),显著降低了精子中MDA的含量,且各试验组间无显著差异(P <0.05)。综合试验测定指标,日粮中添加蛋氨酸硒可以提高精子的抗氧化能力和精液品质,从而提高种公猪的繁殖性能,且以日粮中添加0.25 mg/kg蛋氨酸硒的效果最佳。This study aims to investigate the effect of adding methionine selenium to the diet on the reproductive performance of breeding boars.Select 40 healthy Duroc boars with a weight of(130±5.13)kg and similar mating times and age,who are currently in use.Randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 10 replicates in each group,and 1 boar in each replicate.The control group was fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0.15mg/kg of sodium selenite,while the experimental groups I,II,III,and IV were fed with 0.15,0.25,0.35,and 0.45 mg/kg of methionine selenium on top of the basal diet.The preliminary trial period was 7 days,and the formal trial period was 60 days.The experimental results showed that:(1)compared with the control group,the addition of methionine selenium in the diet had no significant effect on the growth performance indicators(experimental end weight,ADG,ADFI,F/G,and testicular end volume index)of the breeding boars,provided that there was no difference in the initial body weight and testicular initial volume index of the breeding boars(P>0.05);(2)Compared with the control group,the addition of methionine selenium in the diet had no significant effect on the onset time of ejaculation in breeding boars(P>0.05),but significantly increased the duration of ejaculation,semen volume,sperm density,and sperm motility(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the sperm deformity rate(P<0.05).Especially,the group supplemented with 0.25mg/kg methionine selenium in the diet had the highest sperm motility rate and the lowest sperm deformity rate,In addition,the sperm motility of the diet supplemented with 0.25,0.35,and 0.45mg/kg methionine selenium was significantly higher than that of the control group and experimental group I(P<0.05);(3)The addition of methionine selenium in the diet significantly increased the SOD activity,T-AOC,and GSH-Px content in the sperm of breeding boars(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the MDA content in the sperm.There was no significant difference between the experimental groups(P<0.05).According to t
