老年脑卒中偏瘫患者出院准备度现状及其与出院后生活质量的相关性

摘　　要：目的 了解老年脑卒中偏瘫患者出院前的准备情况及其与出院后生活质量的关系。方法 采用方便抽样的方法,选择2022年1月-2023年8月在江苏省人民医院神经外科住院治疗的98例老年脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷收集患者的信息,对患者进行生活质量问卷、出院准备度量表调查。采用多元线性回归分析影响患者出院准备度的因素。结果 患者的出院准备度平均得分为(67.34±12.56)分,生活质量平均得分为(78.45±15.23)分,出院准备度得分与生活质量得分呈正相关(r=0.480,P<0.001)。在不同年龄、教育程度、婚姻状况、家庭收入、住院时间、日常生活能力的患者中,出院准备度得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,教育程度、家庭收入、日常生活能力是影响患者出院准备度的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 老年脑卒中偏瘫患者的出院准备度和生活质量均较低,出院准备度与生活质量呈正相关。应加强对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者的出院教育和康复指导,以改善其生活质量。Objective To investigate the preparation of elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia before discharge and its relationship with quality of life after discharge.Methods A total of 98 elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia who were hospitalized in the department of neurosurgery of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects by convenience sampling.A self-designed general data questionnaire was used to collect the information of the patients,and quality of life questionnaire and discharge readiness scale were investigated.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the readiness of patients for discharge.Results The scores for discharge readiness of the 98 patients were(67.34±12.56)points,while the scores for quality of life were(78.45±15.23)points.There was a positive correlation between discharge readiness score and quality of life score(r=0.480,P<0.001).The score for discharge readiness was significantly correlated with the patient′s age,educational level,marital status,family income,length of hospital stay,and daily living ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The discharge readiness and quality of life among elderly patients with stroke-induced hemiplegia are relatively low,and A positive correlation exists between quality of life and discharge readiness.It is necessary to strengthen the discharge education and rehabilitation guidance for elderly patients to improve their quality of life.
