内窥镜技术在老年呼吸系统疾病中的应用

摘　　要：呼吸系统疾病在老年人群中具有高致病率与高死亡率,随着年龄的增加和(或)病情严重程度加重,肺功能明显下降,而且多伴有其他疾病。内窥镜技术在老年呼吸系统疾病的诊治中具有操作便捷、观察直观、创伤小、可覆盖各种诊治要求等优势。本文拟对内窥镜的常见类型、适用范畴及对老年呼吸系统疾病诊断和治疗的情况作一综述,为其在老年呼吸系统疾病中的应用提供参考。Respiratory system disease has always been at a high morbidity and mortality rate in elderly patients.Endoscopic technology is playing an increasingly important role in the treatment of respiratory system disease in elderly patients.With the increase of age and/or the severity of the disease,the lung function of elderly patients will show a significant downward trend.In addition to common and frequently occurring diseases,most elderly patients also have organic lung diseases.Therefore,the application of endoscopy in elderly respiratory system disease needs to be summarized and explored.This article reviews the general classification and progress of endoscopes and their application in respiratory system disease of the elderly in combination with my own practical work,so as to provide reference for the application of endoscopes in respiratory system disease of the elderly.
