摘  要:随着焊接设备和技术的不断发展,自动化焊接技术运用越来越广泛,对于材料、规格相对单一的长输管道,更有利于发展自动焊。开展新引进的长输管道内焊机、外焊机的工艺研究,总结了下向焊自动化焊接技术。所获得的焊接接头性能满足标准要求,将该焊接工艺在实际项目施工中进行运用,取得了很好的焊接效果。With the continuous development of welding equipment and technology,the application of automated welding technology is becoming increasingly widespread.For long-distance pipelines with relatively single materials and specifications,it is more conducive to the development of automatic welding.This article summarizes the downward welding automation welding technology based on the process research of newly introduced long-distance pipeline internal and external welding machines.The obtained welding joint performance meets the standard requirements,and this welding process has been applied in actual project construction,achieving good welding results.
