摘  要:65Mn弹簧钢制造的弹性挡圈类制件,外形呈类圆环状,制件厚度薄,易出现淬火变形问题。分析了65Mn钢弹性挡圈的淬火工艺及其淬火变形产生的主要原因,通过设计专用的淬火工装并改进淬火工艺,不仅减小了制件的热处理变形,而且提高了制件淬火后的硬度及均匀性,使制件综合性能得到提升,降低了生产成本,提高了制件加工质量。The elastic retaining ring parts made of 65Mn spring steel,shape is like a circular ring,parts thickness is thin,easy to appear hardening deformation problems.This paper analyzes the quenching process of 65Mn elastic retaining ring and the main causes of quenching deformation,by designing special quenching fixture and improving the quenching process,not only reduces the heat treatment deformation of parts,but also improves the hardness and uniformity of parts after quenching,so that the comprehensive performance of parts is improved,reduces the production cost,and improves the processing quality of parts.
