半夏厚朴汤加减治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析半夏厚朴汤加减治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月徐州市贾汪区人民医院治疗的64例甲状腺结节患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成两组,对照组(32例)采用左旋甲状腺素治疗,观察组(32例)在此基础上加用半夏厚朴汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、甲状腺结节最大直径、血清促甲状腺素(Thyroid Stimulating Hormone,TSH)。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.63%,高于对照组的65.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候评分、最大结节直径明显下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组患者治疗后TSH水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论半夏厚朴汤加减治疗甲状腺结节的疗效好,可减小甲状腺结节直径、改善临床症状,且安全性高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction on thyroid nodules.Methods 64 patients with thyroid nodules treated in Jiawang District People's Hospital of Xuzhou City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(32 cases)was treated with levothyroxine,and the observation group(32 cases)was additionally treated with Banxia Houpu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,traditional chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,maximum diameter of thyroid nodule and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.63%,higher than that of the control group(65.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score and maximum nodule diameter of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the TSH level of both groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Banxia Houpu Decoction has good curative effect on thyroid nodules,can reduce the diameter of thyroid nodules,improve clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
