年轻恒牙畸形中央尖磨损或折断的临床防治

摘　　要：畸形中央尖是一种临床常见的牙齿形态发育异常,表现为牙齿牙合面中央窝处突起的圆锥形牙尖。咬合创伤可引起畸形中央尖磨损或折断,使牙髓或牙本质暴露,引起牙髓炎、牙髓坏死甚至根尖周炎。年轻恒牙根尖尚未发育完成,畸形中央尖磨损或折断导致牙髓坏死,牙根短小、根管壁薄可能引起牙根折裂,最终导致牙齿的丧失。因此,对畸形中央尖进行早期防治具有重要的临床意义,本文对年轻恒牙畸形中央尖磨损或折断的防治研究作一综述。Abnormal central cusp is a common clinical abnormality of tooth morphology and development,which is manifested as conical cusp protrusion in the central fossa of the occlusal surface of teeth.Occlusal trauma can cause the central tip of the deformity to wear or break,exposing the pulp or dentin,leading to pulpitis,pulp necrosis and even periapical inflammation.The root tip of young permanent teeth has not yet developed,and the deformed central tip may be worn or broken,leading to pulp necrosis.The short root and thin root canal wall may lead to root breakage,and eventually lead to tooth loss.Therefore,early prevention and treatment of malformed central tip is of great clinical significance.This article reviews the prevention and treatment of wear or fracture of central tip of malformed young permanent teeth.
