电商经济赋能乡村再组织的路径探索与实践逻辑

摘　　要：当前乡村面临再组织滞后导致的治理困境,主要表现为治理过程中的失能与超载并存等问题,而针对如何构建乡村再组织长效机制这一关键议题,相关研究未能提出具体的分析思路。通过案例剖析发现,以“电商经济”为核心的创新实践从赋能农民切入,立足行动主体、关系网络、价值理性等关键环节展开了有益探索。赋能家庭主体使其成为生产经营核心,以此吸引外出青年与村社人才回归,通过升级不断放大家庭单位的引领带动效应;赋能关系网络以强化乡村社会关联,在地缘联系的基础之上叠加利益交往,完善乡村社会关系网络的集体行动功能;赋能价值理性以重塑村社集体意识,电商经营倒逼农民形成信誉文化意识,重塑再组织的价值基础与文化共识。这一探索实践立足乡村社会独特的共同体特征,以产业创新带动赋能农民实现了传统要素与现代要素的互动耦合,继而推动乡村再组织的实践逻辑创新,展现出在中国式现代化语境下推进乡村治理共同体建设的新可能。Currently,rural areas are facing governance difficulties caused by lagging reorganizations,mainly manifested in the coexistence of disability and overload in the governance process.However,relevant research has not provided specific analytical ideas on the key issue of how to build a long-term mechanism for rural reorganizations.Through case analysis,it was found that innovative practice taking the"e-commerce economy"as the core starts from the empowerment of farmers,and explores the key links such as action subjects,relationship networks,and value rationality.Empowering family subjects makes them the core of production and operation,so as to attract young people and village community elites to return,and constantly amplify the leading and driving effect of family units through industrial upgrading;Empowering the relationship network to strengthen rural social connections,overlaying interest exchanges on the basis of geographical connections,and improving the collective action function of rural social relationship networks;Empowering value rationality to reshape the collective consciousness of village communities,using e-commerce to force farmers to form a cultural awareness of reputation,and forming a value foundation and cultural consciousness for reorganization.This exploration is based on the unique community characteristics of rural society,using industrial innovation to empower farmers,archived the interaction between traditional and modern elements,and then promoting innovation in practical logic of rural reorganization,demonstrating a new possibility of building a rural governance community in the context of Chinese path to modernization.
