摘　　要：文化建设是促进一流大学医学院高质量发展的内在精神动力,也是其传播力和影响力的有力抓手,承担着文脉传承与价值引领的作用。本文结合新时期加强学院文化建设的重要意义,立足一流大学医学院文化建设的不足和迫切需求,剖析梳理浙江大学医学院构建特色文化体系的探索实践和标志成效,为进一步深化一流大学医学院文化内涵建设,强化一流大学医学院文化引领能力提供路径。Cultural construction serves as an intrinsic driving force for promoting the high-quality development of medical schools in top universities,as well as a powerful lever for their dissemination and influence,undertaking the roles of cultural heritage and value guidance.This paper,considering the significance of strengthening the cultural construction of medical schools in the new era,analyzes and summarizes the exploration and achievements of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in building a distinctive cultural system.By addressing the current deficiencies and urgent needs in the cultural construction of top medical schools,this study provides a pathway for further deepening the cultural connotation construction and strengthening the cultural leadership capabilities of top medical schools.
