摘　　要：目的:了解新冠疫情期间中医药大学生心理健康、中医五态人格状况。方法:2020年5月用身心症状自评量表(SCL-90)和中医五态人格量表(CMFPI)随机调查某中医药大学在校生1556人。结果:CMFPI人格占比整体为太阴型>阴阳和平型>少阳型>太阳型>少阴型,整体、男生、女生两两比较均差异显著(P<0.05或0.01);CMFPI得分,整体、男生、女生与全国同龄常模及男女生与整体、男生与女生均不尽相同(P<0.01);SCL-90得分,整体、男生、女生均与全国青年常模不尽相同(P<0.05或0.01),男女生与整体均不尽相同且女生与男生强迫、人际敏感、睡眠及饮食差异显著(P<0.05或0.01);SCL-90多个因子与CMFPI多型人格显著相关(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:新冠疫情对中医院校大学生心理健康、中医五态非主体阴性人格均有影响且存在性别差异、两者交互影响,女生趋向内敛、强迫和人际敏感,男生倾向积极但睡眠及饮食问题突出。Objective:To understand the psychological health and Five-Element personality status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)university students during the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods:In May 2020,a random survey was conducted on 1556 students of a TCM university using the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and the Chinese Medicine Five-Element Personality Inventory(CMFPI).Results:The distribution of CMFPI personality types was Taiyin type>Yin-Yang Harmony type>Shaoyang type>Taiyang type>Shaoyin type.There were significant differences in the overall comparison and between male and female students(P<0.05 or 0.01).The CMFPI scores differed significantly between the overall group,male students,and female students compared to the national age norms(P<0.01).SCL-90 scores also differed significantly between the overall group,male students,and female students compared to the national youth norms(P<0.05 or 0.01),with significant differences between male and female students in obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,sleep,and diet(P<0.05 or 0.01).Multiple factors of SCL-90 were significantly correlated with various personality types of CMFPI(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion:The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the psychological health and non-mainstream negative personality types of TCM university students,with gender differences and mutual influence between the two.Female students tend to be introverted,obsessive-compulsive,and sensitive to interpersonal relationships,while male students tend to be proactive but face prominent issues with sleep and diet.
