摘　　要：主要介绍了无油涡旋空气压缩机端面摩擦副不同表面处理方式对摩擦磨损的影响,选取一种较好地摩擦副配偶形式,为动涡盘、静涡盘、支撑架3个零件所组成的两组摩擦副提供一种优异的解决方案,同时解决2对摩擦副的摩擦磨损问题。This paper mainly introduced the impact of different surface treatment methods on friction and wear of the end face friction pairs of oil-free vortex air compressors.A better form of friction pair is selected to provide an excellent solution for the two sets of friction pairs composed of three parts of dynamic vortex disk,static vortex disk,and support frame,while also solving the friction and wear problem of the two pairs of friction pairs.
