摘  要:缸盖是保证超高压隔膜式压缩机安全稳定运行的核心部件。根据压缩机的工作条件,对超高压隔膜压缩机缸盖进行受力分析,建立有限元模型,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对缸盖进行应力分析,获得了缸盖在最恶劣工况下的受力情况,分析了应力对缸盖结构安全可靠性的影响机制,对其强度进行校核。结果表明:缸盖平均Mises应力174.49 MPa,屈服安全系数高于1.9,缸盖强度满足设计要求。Cylinder head is the core component to ensure the safe and stable operation of ultra-high pressure diaphragm compressor.According to the working conditions of compressor,the force analysis was carried out on the cylinder head of ultra-high pressure diaphragm compressor and the finite element model was established.Stress analysis was conducted on the cylinder head using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to obtain the stress situation of the cylinder head under the worst working conditions,and the influence mechanism of stress on the safety and reliability of the cylinder head structure was analyzed,so as to check its strength.The results show that the average Mises stress of cylinder head is 174.49 MPa,the yield safety factor is higher than 1.9,and the strength of cylinder head meets the design requirements.
