摘　　要：马克思主义蕴含丰富的历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义思想,对建构国家安全基础理论具有重要的方法论要义。马克思主义国家安全理论中国化时代化的发展进程,深入融合了中国共产党的国家安全实践与中华优秀传统战略文化,进而形成以总体国家安全观为核心的中国特色国家安全理论体系。“两个结合”不仅开辟了马克思主义中国化时代化新境界,也是推动马克思主义国家安全理论中国化时代化的历史必然、根本遵循和客观需要。在中国式现代化建设新征程上,要以习近平文化思想为指引,大力弘扬中华优秀传统文化的道义感召力;要以国家安全理论学习为保障,充分发挥总体国家安全观的思想引领力;要以国家安全战略需求为驱动,积极拓展统筹发展和安全的实践影响力,坚持以“两个结合”不断推进马克思主义国家安全理论中国化时代化创新发展。Characterized by rich historical and dialectical materialism,Marxism holds methodological significance for constructing the foundational theories underpinning national security.The process of adapting Marxist national security theories to the Chinese context and the needs of the times has deeplycombinedthe CPC'spracticeof safeguarding China's security with fine traditional Chinese strategic culture,thus creating a system of national security theories with Chinese characteristics,which has a holistic approach to national security at its core.The formula of"Two Combines"has not only opened new horizons for the Sinicization and modernizationof Marxism butalso reflected the historical necessity of,as well as the fundamental guidance and objective need for,adapting Marxist national security theories to the Chinese context and the needs of the times.On thenew journeytoward Chinesemodernization,we should energetically boost the moral appeal of fine traditional Chinese culture under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture;study national security theories as a means of guarantee,and give full play to the theoretical guidance of a holistic approach to national security;vigorously demonstrate and expand the practical influenceof ensuring both development and security in line with the strategic needs of national security;and strengthen confidence in our culture,theories,and strategies,innovatively adapting Marxist national security theories to the Chinesecontextand the needs of the times through"Two Combines."
