摘　　要：实践理性是人类对自身与世界的关系“应如何”和人“应当怎样做”问题的反思和回答,是人类观念地处理人与世界关系的理性形式。人工智能的技术和工程作为人类实践的新场域,在不断推进人类机体能力延伸的同时,也产生了一系列负面效应,导致了人与世界关系的巨大张力。对这种张力的确证与解释必然溯源到实践理性层面,形成了实践理性视域下人工智能非完美性的语境与反思。人工智能工程实践的非完美性是客观存在现象,但也是推动人工智能发展的动力。在实践理性视域下接纳并理解人工智能的非完美性,引导人工智能成为合乎人的理想及人的合理需要的存在,是一场从此岸到彼岸的永远在路上的泅渡。Practical rationality is the reflection and answer of humans to the question of“how it should be”and“what humans should do”in the relationship between themselves and the world,and it is a rational form of human conceptual handling of the relationship between humans and the world.The technology and engineering of artificial intelligence,as new fields of human practice,have continuously promoted the extension of human body capabilities,but have also produced a series of negative effects,leading to a huge tension in the relationship between humans and the world.The confirmation and explanation of this tension inevitably traces back to the level of practical rationality,forming a context for reflection on the imperfection of artificial intelligence from the perspective of practical rationality.The imperfection of artificial intelligence engineering practice is an objective existence phenomenon,but it is also the driving force to promote the development of artificial intelligence.Accepting and understanding the imperfection of artificial intelligence from the perspective of practical rationality,guiding artificial intelligence to become an existence that meets human ideals and reasonable needs,is an eternal journey from one shore to the other.
