摘　　要：结核分枝杆菌(MTB)引起的结核病是一种慢性呼吸道传染病,研制载体介导的ESAT-6疫苗是当前的热点之一,ESAT-6抗原是一种公认的疫苗分子。本研究概述了卡介苗、耻垢分支杆菌、母牛分支杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、格式链球菌、单核细胞增生性李斯特菌、根癌农杆菌、乳酸乳球菌、两歧双歧杆菌、毕赤酵母、流感病毒、高度减毒的牛痘病毒、腺病毒血清型5、慢病毒和昆虫杆状病毒等载体介导的结核分枝杆菌ESAT-6疫苗的研制现状。Mycobacteria tuberculosis(MTB)is one type of pathogen agents causing tuberculosis;it recently becomes highlight to control this bacterium by ESAT-6 vaccination;ESAT-6 antigen is one type of accepted molecules of vaccine.This review summarized on the progress in the research of vector-based ESAT-6 vaccine of Mycobacteria tuberculosis;these vectors including Bacille Calmettle-Guerin,Mycobacterium smegmatis,Mycobacterium vaccae,Salmonella typhimurium,Streptococcus gordoni,Listeria monocytogenes,Agrobacteria tumefaciens,Lactococcus lactis,Bifidobacteria bifidum,Pichia pastoris,influenza virus,modified vaccinia ankara virus,adenovirus serotype 5,lentivirus,and buculovirus.
