摘 要:研究了不同阻燃体系的阻燃防火效果,确定以环氧聚酯体系添加复合膨胀型阻燃体系(酸源、气源、炭源),并辅以阻燃助剂及功能性填料,系统研究了各组分不同配比、类型及含量等对涂层防火隔热、阻燃效果的影响,得到了适用于钢结构基材的膨胀型防火粉末涂料产品。The fire retardant effects of different types of flame retardant systems were compared.The composite intumescent flame retardant systems(e.g.,acid source,gas source and carbon source)were added to the epoxy polyester system in which the flame retardant additives and functional fillers were added to prepare a powder coating.The effects of different component and mass ratio on the fire retardant effect of the coating were systematically studied.Finally a optimized formula of powder coating for steel structure was obtained.
