摘  要:本研究将外墙涂料试板在测试耐沾污性能过程中增加了人工加速老化试验,并与常规耐沾污性试验的试板进行数据对比。结果表明,耐人工气候老化性能较好的样品耐沾污性能在人工加速老化后变化不大;老化后变色较明显的样品耐沾污性能变差,表面出现粉化等现象也会造成耐沾污性能的下降。说明当前的耐沾污性检测方法还不能完全模拟实际应用场景下的耐沾污能力,提出了改进思路,为相关方法标准的修订提供参考。This study incorporates artificial accelerated aging experiments into the testing of stain resistance performance of exterior wall coating test panels,and then compared the data with conventional stain resistance test panels.The results indicate that the stain resistance of samples with good resistance to artificial climate aging hasn’t change much after artificial accelerated aging test.Samples with obvious discoloration after aging test have poor stain resistance,and surface pulverization and other phenomena can also cause a decrease in stain resistance.The current stain resistance detection methods can’t fully simulate the stain resistance in practical application scenarios,and improvement ideas have been proposed to provide reference for the revision of relevant method standards.
