摘 要:以硅酸钠和硫酸为原材料制备了硅胶载体,再用钙离子改性剂在一定条件进行改性制得环保型二氧化硅防锈颜料。探讨了不同工艺对防锈颜料性能的影响,包括钙离子改性剂种类、添加量、老化温度和电导率对材料的影响。结果表明,以氧化钙作为钙离子改性剂、电导率≤200μs/cm、钙添加量在6%和老化温度为4 h时,制得的材料性能最佳。另外,该防锈颜料在水性丙烯酸防腐涂料中耐盐雾性能明显优于磷酸锌。A silica gel carrier is prepared using sodium silicate and sulfuric acid as raw materi-als,and then modified using calcium ion modifiers under specific conditions to obtain the environ-mental-friendly antirust pigment.The influence of different processes(e.g.,alcium ion modifiers type,calcium dosage,aging time and conductivity)on the properties of antirust pigment is investi-gated.It is revealed that the optimal material performance is obtained when calcium oxide is used as the calcium ion modifier,the conductivity is less than 200μs/m,calcium dosage is 6%,and the aging time is 4 hours.Additionally,its salt spray performance in waterborne acrylic anticorrosive coatings is significantly better than that of zinc phosphate.
