摘　　要：客车涂装总是频繁出现桔皮问题,导致整体外观品质的下降。针对客车制造过程中车身涂料涂装工艺的桔皮问题,本研究从桔皮形成过程的机理入手,深入分析桔皮产生的原因及影响因素,并联系实际的涂装工艺现状,提出相应的控制方法。The painting process of bus bodies frequently encounters orange peel problems,re-sulting in a decrease in overall appearance quality.In response to the orange peel problem in the body paint coating process of bus manufacturing,the authors proceed from the mechanism of or-ange peel formation,deeply analyze the reasons and influencing factors of orange peel formation,and proposes corresponding control methods based on the actual coating process status.
