摘　　要：乘用车车身漆膜外观质量影响人们对汽车极致品质的感官体验,已成为消费者购车时评价汽车优劣的依据之一。本研究从乘用车车身漆膜外观质量出发,通过对某条乘用车涂装生产线车身漆膜外观桔皮质量问题的解决,找出桔皮严重的主要原因为白车身粗糙度大、喷漆室湿度低、机器人喷涂仿形搭接率不足等,并制定解决方案和预防措施,为其他生产线车身漆膜外观质量提升提供一定的参考依据。The appearance quality of the coating film on surface of passenger car body affects people's sensory experience in aspects of the high-end car.It has become one of the parameters for consumers to evaluate the quality of the car when they buy a car.As viewed from the appear-ance quality of passenger car body,this paper solves the problem of orange peel appearance defect of coating Film on a passenger car painting production line.It is found that the main causes of the serious orange peel defect are the high roughness of the body-in-white,the low humidity of the spraying room and the insufficient overlap rate of the robot spray profile,it provides a reference for other production lines to improve the appearance quality of coating film for car body.
