摘　　要：在全球环境挑战和可持续发展需求日益增长的背景下,工业经济的传统模式面临着从高能耗、高污染向更环保、低碳模式的转变压力.绿色金融作为一种新兴的金融机制,对于推动这一转型至关重要,但同时也面临资金不足、政策不明确和市场机制不完善等挑战.基于此,深入分析了绿色金融在工业经济转型中的作用,探讨了其对技术创新的推动作用、与环境社会治理(ESG)的关联,以及绿色金融在实践中的应用案例,旨在为绿色金融的发展提供策略性建议,推动工业经济实现更加绿色和可持续的发展路径.Against the background of global environmental challenges and the growing demand for sustainable development,the traditional model of industrial economy is under pressure to shift from high energy consumption and pollution to a more environmentally friendly and low-carbon model.Green finance,as an emerging financial mechanism,is crucial for promoting this transformation,but it also faces challenges such as insufficient funds,unclear policies and imperfect market mechanisms.Based on this,the role of green finance in the transformation of industrial economy is analysed in depth,and its role in promoting technological innovation,its connection with environmental social governance(ESG),and the application cases of green finance in practice are discussed.The article aims to provide strategic suggestions for the development of green finance and promote the industrial economy to achieve a greener and sustainable development path.
