摘　　要：综合分析辽宁装备制造业供应链风险现状与因素,发现其存在产业结构单一、市场需求波动、资源依赖与环保压力、技术创新与人才短缺等风险和挑战.在此基础上,深入探讨内部和外部风险因素,并提出针对性应对策略.研究发现,通过优化生产过程、加强供应商管理与合作、开拓多元化市场与调整产品定位等策略,能够提高供应链效率与稳定性.研究结果对于辽宁装备制造业供应链风险管理和优化具有重要意义,可为相关行业提供有价值的参考和启示.Comprehensively analyzing the current situation and factors of supply chain risk in Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry,it is found that there are risks and challenges such as single industrial structure,fluctuating market demand,resource dependence and environmental protection pressure,technological innovation and talent shortage.On this basis,internal and external risk factors are discussed in depth,and targeted coping strategies are proposed.It is found that optimization of production process,supplier management and cooperation,diversified market and product positioning can improve supply chain efficiency and stability.The results of the study are of great significance to the risk management and optimization of supply chain in Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry,and can provide valuable references and inspirations for related industries.
