摘　　要：对双进双出磨煤机启停各个环节进行分析,根据实际情况总结出启停过程中的协调控制方式,主要介绍磨煤机启停燃油以及缩短启停时间的方式来优化控制.针对磨煤机启停运行中存在的问题给出相应建议,在调试和实际运行的基础上对磨煤机的顺控逻辑进行优化分析.According to the analysis of various aspects of the start-stop of the double-input and double-output coal mill,and according to the actual situation,the coordinated control method in the start-stop process is summarised,and the main introduction of the coal mill start-stop fuel and the shortening of the start-stop time are optimised.Problems in the start-stop operation of the coal mill and the corresponding recommendations for such problems are given;the logic of the coal mill's smooth control is optimised on the basis of commissioning and actual operation.
