摘　　要：ZJ112高速卷烟机的高速运行造成在生产过程中存在吸丝带打滑现象,吸丝带打滑会造成其下方吸附的烟丝束输送不稳定,烟条内烟丝密度不均匀,进而产生大量竹节烟和烟支重量过轻、过重的不合格品.为减少吸丝带打滑现象产生的频次,采用将六西格玛统计学方法发现问题、验证问题原因的优势与TRIZ理论缩短研发周期、快速提出多种高质量问题解决方案的优势相结合的方式,对ZJ112卷烟机吸丝带打滑进行分析与改进,提出多种技术方案和管理方案.改进措施实施后,降低了吸丝带打滑频次,降低了烟支过轻或过重剔除率,降低了烟支重量标偏,节约了生产成本,提高了产品质量,助力了企业的高质量发展,并对精益改进方面问题的发现、验证和提出改进方案等方面,提供具有借鉴意义的解决方法.The high-speed operation of the ZJ112 high-speed cigarette machine has led to a phenomenon of slippage of the tobacco suction belt during the production process.This slippage causes the unstable transport of the tobacco strands attached below it,resulting in uneven tobacco density within the cigarette rod and the production of a large number of bamboo-leaf cigarettes and cigarettes that are too light or too heavy,leading to non-conforming products.In order to reduce the frequency of slippage of the tobacco suction belt,this study combines the advantages of using Six Sigma statistical methods to identify and verify problems and the TRIZ theory to shorten the research and development cycle and rapidly propose multiple high-quality solutions.The slippage of the tobacco suction belt on the ZJ112 cigarette machine was analyzed and improved,and multiple technical and managerial solutions were proposed.After the implementation of the improvement measures,the frequency of slippage of the tobacco suction belt was reduced,as well as the removal rate of cigarettes that are too light or too heavy,and the bias in cigarette weight,resulting in cost savings and improved product quality.This has helped the enterprise achieve high-quality development and provided meaningful solutions for the discovery,verification,and proposal of improvement measures in the lean improvement aspect.
