摘　　要：某化工聚甲醛装置2020年6月开车重启,至2021年1月聚合机不明原因停机8次,严重制约生产装置的连续运行.问题出现后公司非常重视,责成生产技术中心成立问题攻关小组,组织专业技术力量对聚合机本体及自动控制系统进行检查,经对控制逻辑梳理,结合故障现象进行分析和模拟试验,逐一排除可能引起聚合机不明原因跳车的条件,经不懈努力最终排除了故障,至此长期制约装置长周期运行问题得到解决.So-and-so chemical polyformaldehyde device in June 2020 drive restart,to January 2021 polymerisation machine unexplained downtime 8 times,a serious constraint on the continuous operation of the production unit.After the emergence of the problem the company attaches great importance to the production technology centre was tasked to set up a problem tackling group,the organization of professional and technical forces on the polymerization machine body and automatic control system to check,after the control logic comb,combined with the fault phenomenon analysis and simulation tests,one by one to rule out the conditions that may cause unexplained polymerization machine jumping,after unremitting efforts to ultimately rule out the fault,so that long-term constraints on the device of the long cycle of the operation of the problem So far,the problem of long-cycle operation of the plant has been solved.
