摘　　要：The protein PINK1 plays a crucial role in the regulation of the cellular autophagic hierarchy.Autophagy,a highly conserved biological process,serves as a mechanism for the degradation of intracellular components by lysosomes.Autophagosomes play a pivotal role in this process by selectively sequestering specific targets,including damaged organelles,protein aggregates,and pathogens.
