摘　　要：1944—1945年,英国生物化学家李大斐加入了李约瑟组织创建的中英科学合作馆,并同他一道在中国进行了科技援华工作。本文基于李大斐四本访华日记及信件,结合其它背景文献,梳理了李大斐在华期间的主要工作,认为李大斐在战时中英科技文化交流中发挥了独特作用。作为生物化学家,她积极与中国科学界进行学术交流;作为中英科学合作馆的副主任,她协助处理各项中英科技文化交流事宜;作为中国女性及战时境况的关怀者,她考察各处民生,主动分享自己的生活和工作经验。李大斐在中英科技文化交流中写下了不可或缺的一笔。In 1944-1945,British biochemist Dorothy Mary Moyle Needham joined the Sino-British Scientific Cooperation Office founded by Joseph Needham and worked with him on a great deal of scientific and technological assistance in China.Based on the four diaries of Dorothy's visits to China and her letters,combined with other background materials and literature,this paper analyzes Dorothy's main work and influence during her stay in China.The research shows that Dorothy played a unique role in the scientific and technological exchanges between China and Britain during the war.As a biochemist,she actively engaged in academic exchanges with Chinese biochemical circles.As the deputy director of the Sino-British Scientific Cooperation Office,she helped to deal with various scientific and cultural exchanges between China and the UK based on the cooperation Museum.As an advocate for Chinese women and the wartime situation,she surveyed the people's livelihood and volunteered to share her life and work experience.Dorothy has made an indispensable contribution to the scientific and cultural exchanges between China and the UK.
