摘  要:由于几何非线性、连接的装配不确定性和控制器的作动器饱和,张拉整体结构的主动振动控制通常具有挑战性。为了解决这一技术难题,实施了快速模型预测控制(FMPC)策略,能够有效地减轻结构振动。具体来说,基于Newmark方法的显式表达形式避免了矩阵指数的计算,并在结构上的每个采样瞬间进行1次在线和2次离线瞬态分析,从二阶动态方程获得最优控制输入,而不形成扩展的状态空间方程。最后,将快速模型预测控制法应用于大型六胞标准张拉整体梁和六胞聚合式张拉整体梁的结构。示例结果证明,该方法应用在张拉整体结构中是有效且可靠的,体现了该方法在分析和解决实际工程问题方面的前景。Active vibration control of tensegrity structures is often challenging due to geometric nonlinearity,assembly uncertainties of connections and actuator saturation of controllers.In order to solve these technical problems,a fast model predictive control(FMPC)strategy was implemented in this paper to effectively reduce structural vibration.Specifically,the explicit expression based on the Newmark method avoided the calculation of matrix exponents.Also the expression carried out one online and two offline transient analysis for each sampling moment on the structure,in order to obtain the optimal control input from the second-order dynamic equation without forming an extended state-space equation.Finally,the FMPC method was applied to the structure of large six-cell standard tensegrity beam and six-cell cluster tensegrity beam.The example results show that the proposed method is effective and reliable in the application of tensegrity structure,which shows the prospect of the proposed method in analyzing and solving practical engineering problems.
